Die Organisation einer Meisterschaft und deren Wettkämpfe kann im Bereich Wettkampfleitung grossteils 'Sport-Anmeldung' abgegeben werden. Der einheitliche und einfache Aufbau der Plattform ermöglicht eine professionelle Organisation durch die Wettkampfleitung.
Veranstalter
Als Veranstalter kann über verschiedene Module ausgewählt werden, welche dann vor, während und nach der organisierten Meisterschaft zur Verfügung stehen. Der Modulare Aufbau ermöglicht eine perfekt zugeschnittene Durchführung der Meisterschaft mit 'Sport-Anmeldung'.

Informationen publizieren
Information about pretty much everything is nowadays published with a corresponding web presence. So information about competitions and championships should be publicly accessible. Even better, if the website of the competition appears on Google, so the information can be found easily.
Everything in one package? No problem. Here are a few examples of information that could be published on 'Sport-Anmeldung':

The registration of the participants is done by an association. The registration of a club via the platform 'Sport registration' allows the registration of club-own participants in the respective competition.
By the simple online registration in the 'Online-Portal', the new data will automatically be entered correctly. Participants can be added quickly and easily from various sources. If clubs have already entered participants in other competitions of this platform, the 'Online-Portal' allows an even easier registration by replicating from other competitions. The provision of the registration system and the registration of participants is completely to be left to the platform 'Sport-Anmeldung'.
Once the registrations have been recorded by the association, the question is how this data can now be further used.
A major advantage of the unified online registration results from the central storage location. All participant data is recorded in the club profile and can, if necessary, be adjusted at any time in the same place. Since the same platform is used for several competitions, the same participant-data can be used for the registration again and again. So once this data is entered cleanly, the data quality is automatically increased for multiple competition registrations. After successful registration, the data is stored in a database for the respective competition. The format of the output of the participant data now varies depending on further use.
For example, all data can be exported directly from the organizer area in CSV or XML format at any time. CSV files can then be easily opened with Excel, for example.
The registered participants can be viewed during the registration phase. It is possible to make changes yourself as the organizer or to delete any incorrect entries. In this way, the registration process can be directly controlled or intervened in. In addition to the continuously increasing number of participants, club information such as contact data or billing addresses can also be read out.
Limitationen Online-Portal
Das Online-Portal wurde ursprünglich fürs Einzelgeräteturnen entwickelt und erfüllt entsprechend spezifische Anforderungen an eine EGT-Meisterschaft. Der Ausbau zu einem Anmeldesystem für verschiedene Sportarten wurde grundlegend bei der Entwicklung beachtet und das Gesamtsystem integriert demnächst verschiedene Wettkampf-Modi. Momentan werden jedoch nur Sportarten unterstützt, die dem Einzelgeräteturnen ähneln.
Eine Komplettlösung für die Organisation einer Meisterschaft im Bereich Wettkampfleitung Geräteturnen gewünscht?
'Sport-Anmeldung' bietet die Möglichkeit den administrativen Aufwand, der Wettkampfleitung einer Meisterschaft, zu minimieren. Bewährte Abläufe und Konzepte zur Teilnehmerverwaltung stehen zur Nutzung bereit. Ob Online-Anmeldesystem, Datenmanagement oder Datenerfassung während einer Meisterschaft. Alle Vorgänge unter einem Konzept zusammengefasst, ergeben ein einfaches und miteinander korrespondierendes System.

Ein Getu-Wettkampf kann momentan Problemlos durchgeführt werden, jedoch fehlen noch einige Funktionen bzw. sind noch nicht vollständig entwickelt.
'Digital-competition' describes a saparate, independently functioning application, which is used during the competition.
Main function:
During a competition, results data are continuously produced. With 'Digital Competition' this data can be directly recorded and processed digitally. This means that all results (scores, points) are directly stored in a database. Since all participants are already available in this database, results of different disciplines per participant are automatically persistent.
Before the competition:
The planning of a competition requires a logical planning of individual competitions and a chronologically meaningful sequence of them. Here a reminder & an auxiliary tool with prepared concepts is useful. Working with 'digital competition' requires a well-defined grouping of events so that competitions run automatically. Grouping allows the automatic display of participants in the corresponding disciplines according to a defined sequence of runs.
After the competition:
After all results data have been recorded, it is necessary to create a ranking list or similar summary. Now the type and format of the output of the result data can be determined variably.
All in all
As soon as the 'digital-competition' is fed with participant data and corresponding variable characteristics and processes, the competition runs almost by itself. The program takes over tasks of the accounting office fully automatically, reduces errors to a minimum and increases the quality of the competition management many times over.
As described in the section 'Digital-competition', the gathering and evaluation of competition data takes place on the PC. Since the data is already written into a corresponding database there, it can also be fetched directly for specific participants per discipline.
Why leave this work to the accounting office when it can be done at the source? As soon as results (points, scores) are generated, they can be entered directly in the right place. All this with the help of tablets or notebooks directly at the competition site.
Digital competition & tablets
With the appropriate infrastructure, we are able to provide up-to-date participant tables directly to the judge on the competition site. The logic behind the process & organization of the results is all taken over by the software. At the very latest with this setup, it is quite in the accounting office of the competition. The control of the process is only done by the competition management / speaker. At the end of the competition, a ranking list of the created data must be generated by pressing a button, é voila, the accounting office is closed.
Components like several tablets, WLAN access points, network switch, cables and web server belong to the mentioned infrastructure. Components like these can be purchased & preconfigured through us.
Modulare Möglichkeiten
Sowohl die Online-Anmeldung ('Online-Portal') als auch das Programm 'Digital-Wettkampf', kann jeweils separat genutzt werden.
Um den administrativen Aufwand der Wettkampfleitung optimal zu minimieren, ist die Nutzung von beiden Systemen als Komplettlösung von Vorteil. Systemschnittstellen des 'Online-Portals' sind oben unter Datenmanagement aufgeführt.

Funktionsumfang
